Three options for Coaching Solutions

One-on-One Coaching

  • 6-, 12- or 18-month contract
  • One-hour sessions to be held at your desired frequency—we recommend a minimum of once per month
  • These sessions will be tailored to the leadership needs and goals of the individual participant

In-Tact Team Coaching

  • 6- or 12-month contract
  • A minimum of six one-hour in-tact team coaching sessions with a group of 10 or fewer participants
  • One-hour sessions to be held at your desired frequency—we recommend a minimum of once per month
  • These sessions will concentrate on interpersonal communications techniques that will accelerate your team's results

Group Coaching - Teleconference

  • 6- or 12-month contract
  • Six one-hour monthly teleconferences with a group of six or fewer participants
  • These sessions will explore issues most pertinent to accelerating business results
