Reinforcement & Follow-up

In an effort to optimize the learning experience, we continually leverage follow up and reinforcement methods to gain greater traction. Each program includes a follow up component that allows participants to deepen their focus, make daily progress and install lasting change based on the principles learned. We offer a session guide, a follow up CD and ongoing skill practices sent weekly to reinforce the application of the program. E-learning modules are also available on a variety of program topics. Participant materials include role plays and case studies applicable to the job. Various aids and assessment tools vary by program.
